Shipping & Handling

All orders are processed daily. We try to expedite your order so you receive it ASAP. We ship all orders processed before 2pm SAME DAY. Any orders processed after 2pm will be shipped out the next business day. Our site does not list items that are out of stock unless we have run out the same day.

You will NEVER be charged for any items that we cannot ship. Any out of stock items ordered are placed on back order and we will contact you upon restock.

Regular shipping rates are as follows: $5.50 for the first 12 inch and $1.50 for each additional 12 inch vinyl. This covers all shipping and handling fees, postage, packaging, and insurance and delivery confirmation. All orders are shipped priority US mail. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

*Any order can be specified rush delivery. Make sure to specify when you order. We can also ship overnight.

Exchanges & Returns

Returns are for factory defects only. All returns are exchanged for an identical item. If the item is not available we will post a store credit to your account providing that these requirements are met.

1. You must contact us at the shop within two days of delivery to notify us of your defective item
2. The Drop Shop will provide you with a return authorization number, RA#. Absoulutely no returns without an RA#.
3. Defective merchandise must be received at The Drop Shop within 14 days of the original delivery date.

We do not exchange or return equipment or accessories. Be sure to send in your warranty card ASAP after you have received your order. In the event there is a problem with your gear it is your responsibility to contact the manufacturer.
